University Information Systems
The University Information Systems include SITS, Agresso, pFact and Planon.
These systems are used to support the administrative processes in both the administrative and academic departments.
The information held in the systems is used by staff throughout the University for statistical and analytical purposes and to inform strategic decision-making.

Log off
Do not forget to exit or log out of each application at lunch times and at the end of your working day.
You should change your passwords frequently.
As an administrative staff member you could have several passwords. You will usually have the same username for each application.

- Data Warehouse password - change via the DWH Management page
Confidentiality
Do not leave your PC unattended and unlocked for any length of time if it is logged into an application such as email or Agresso showing sensitive information on the screen.
