| BACKGROUND
Due to increasing longevity and falling birth rates, all industrialised nations will see profound demographic changes which will have profound impacts on all aspects of our society. Governments must consider the impoications of such change and shape policy to address the needs of an ageing society. With this in mind, CLG has commissioned CHP to carry out a project with the following objectives:
