Roy Carr-Hill

Roy graduated from Cambridge and completed his doctorate in Oxford.

He has wide ranging interests in the analysis of social policy, ranging from criminology to obstetrics and has published across a correspondingly wide range of journals.

He has undertaken consultancy projects on education and health services in Africa for WHO, OECD, UNDP, UNESCO, HEP and SIDA.
