PC-MIS Workshop for IAPT London Sites

The PC-MIS team has held a dedicated workshop for IAPT London sites, at a venue in London. Despite the overcast weather, the workshop was an opportunity for London sites to receive demonstrations and to pose questions about PC-MIS in their locality.

The workshop was interactive and informal to allow for free discussion between the PC-MIS team and present users of the system. PC-MIS director, Byron George was able to clarify new reporting features available within the system, and other delegates received solutions to reporting issues.

The team at PC-MIS treat customer service as an important element of the PC-MIS package, offering efficient and helpful advice through the support team. They are proactive at visiting users of the system to receive feedback.
