About Us

PC-MIS was pioneered by the University of York's Mental Health Research Group, which is a leading multidisciplinary research group that models, develops, measures and tests new ways of organising treatment for people with mental health problems.

It's work is ongoing in stepped care and collaborative care models and in guided self-help treatments for common mental health problems. This work is funded by the Medical Research Council and the Department of Health's HTA and SDO funding streams.
