The Meals in Advance Deal (MAD) allows you to purchase your meals on a block basis.
Choose which package suits your needs and take the stress out of cooking breakfasts and dinners.
Packages are available to purchase throughout the year, prices are subject to change depending on when your package is purchased.

Packages
All deals are Monday to Friday within the block dates. You can eat at any of the following dining rooms on campus:
- Derwent Dining
- Roger Kirk Centre Galleria Restaurant
- Vanbrugh Dining
- Piazza Restaurant (dinner only)

65 breakfasts and 65 dinners for £789.75 (first block)
Dinner only deal
65 dinners for £497.25 (first block)
Breakfast only deal
65 breakfasts for £292.50 (first block)
First block
18th September (week one) to 15th December (week thirteen)
Second block
8th January to 22nd March
Third block
8th April to 7th June

What can I eat?

Do you want to enjoy College Nights but it's not included in your accommodation? Contact admn564@york.ac.uk to become part of College Nights and pay for your meals on a block-by-block basis
Summer
We offer shorter packages if your Summer semester ends before the University semester dates.
Accommodation upgrade
If your accommodation includes a weekly college meal and you want to buy the Dinner Deal or the Full Breakfast and Dinner, please select the relevant College Night Upgrade package. If you would like to purchase the Breakfast Deal Upgrade please select the standard Breakfast only package.
