Environmental Health
Chemicals and chemical processes deliver many benefits for ecosystems and society. Both natural and man made chemicals can also adversely effect human and ecosystem health. Our research therefore focuses on understanding: the emissions of natural and man-made chemicals into the outside and indoor environments; chemical processes in air, soils and water; and the impacts of chemical contaminants on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems as well as humans.
