Carol is the Undergraduate Administrator providing support in relation to undergraduate student admissions, teaching and student-facing activities within the department. 

Key duties 

• First point of contact for undergraduate students and teaching staff handling queries across all undergraduate matters.
• Support for Undergraduate Staff Student Liaison Committee and internal Exam Boards.
• Joint support for departmental Teaching Committee.
• Work alongside admissions tutors to organise the administration of the undergraduate admissions process.
• Collation, input, production and distribution of an accurate draft and final undergraduate timetable.
• Undergraduate module feedback.
