About the Department
The Department, founded in 1974, is a leading research (RAE 5A*)
and teaching (24/24 TQA) establishment,
housed in its own buildings on the main Heslington
campus.
We are an Experimental Psychology department and our research and courses reflect this. The department has a faculty of 25 and growing, technical and secretarial support, and a healthy population of post docs and postgraduate students. Our undergraduate intake is approximately 150 per year and we run five MSc courses, totalling over 70 taught postgraduates |
