CASTELL HENLLYS
A project with training excavations involving research on Iron Age, Romano-British, post-Roman, medieval and post-medieval (historic) archaeology, based at Castell Henllys but also at other sites in the region.
Castell Henllys itself is an award-winning interpretative site with reconstructed roundhouses based on the excavated evidence. Here, research, training and public interpretation are combined in a unique way.
