All prices below exclude VAT.

Each exhibitor space costs £1000 and is inclusive of:

• One unit of exhibition space, measuring approximately 3m x 2m (includes a table, two chairs and electricity supply)
  
• Two complimentary non-residential 5-day packages at the ICOM5conference, including lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments (Monday to Friday)
  
• Opportunity to meet delegates during morning and afternoon refreshments on Monday through to Friday
  
• Inclusion of a single flyer in the Conference Packs
  
• Company logo to appear on the ICOM5 website
  
• Company logo to appear in the ICOM5 programme

Optional extras:

• Additional units of exhibition space 3m x 2m: £350
• There is an opportunity to place additional adverts in the full programme: £500 per half page
• There is also an opportunity to sponsor items, such as pens and notebooks, bearing your company name/logo plus ICOM5, in the delegate pack. If you wish to take advantage of this, please contact us as soon as possible.
