Meals in Advance Deal (MAD)

 

Our MAD scheme, which has proved hugely popular, provides you with the opportunity to purchase discounted meals in advance, on a term by term basis, giving you an average saving of 12% per meal.

• With your views and needs in mind we conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to monitor our performance. Where possible and practicable we act on your feedback and suggestions in order to improve and enhance our services.With two substantial meals paid for in advance, all you have to do is work out how to spend the rest of your money!
• Let our team of award winning professionals do the cooking for you.
• Meals are provided across a nominated range of newly refurbished catering venues.
• Dietary requirement? No problem, let us know in advance and we will be able to cater for your needs.
• Scheme available to all University of York students, in all years.

If you are already part of the MAD scheme and intend to continue for the next term simply keep hold of your existing card... once you have paid either online or over the telephone, your card will be remotely activated ready for you to use on the first day back of the new term.

Lost or Damaged Your Card??

Don't panic!! Simply let our MAD card administrator know the problem. Tel. (01904) 32 (8413), email admn564@york.ac.uk
Please note an administration fee of £10 will be charged for lost or broken cards.

For collection of replacement cards the MAD office is open between Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:00.
