Beer Tasting

Speaker: Jim Helsby, York Beer and Wine Shop

Jim Helsby from the York Beer and Wine Shop will speak informally about the tastes and types of English and continental beers, with tasting to illustrate key points.  Jim writes regularly about beer and the York shop is one of the best specialist retailers in the country.

This event will be initially open to SCR and Staff members, and their guests, although if you are a post-graduate or mature undergraduate member of Vanbrugh College and interested in attending, please do get in touch and if there are places left we will open up the event.
