Collingwood tournament

James College competed in the annual multi-sport tournament against one of Durham’s largest colleges, Collingwood. The 2012 event was hosted by James, and will took between the 2-3rd November. Over one hundred sporty students made the trip from Durham, to represent their college in a selection of sports. The events for this year included; Netball, Football, Pool, Squash, Lacrosse, Table Tennis and Rugby. James managed to take the overall win, for James College and the University of York. The great day of sport was rounded off with a social in the Lounge and in the City.  The Collingwood tournament is unique to James College and offers a and this year added yet another great chapter to the growing rivalry with out Durham cousins.
