Following a review, it has been found that there has been very low use of telephones in study bedrooms in Goodricke College. Consequently, all telephones have been removed from the residences with effect from 2012/13.  If you have a medical condition for which you feel you require a telephone in your room, please email the College Administrator, Auriel Hamilton (goodricke@york.ac.uk), outlining the reasons for this.

Goodricke College has secure storage areas for bicycles in each of its three residential Courts.  Please click here for more information on how to avoid cycle theft.

All new residents/short-term visitors are reminded that meals are not provided in Goodricke College.  As such, you are advised to bring essential items with you (e.g. plates, cutlery).  Further information on items provided by the University can be found on the individual pages for Janet Baker Court, Kenneth Dixon Court and Oliver Sheldon Court.
