Monitoring Procedure

Cleaning Services is committed to providing a high quality service. The standard of this service will be monitored by a Supervisor and Manager who will choose, at random, a different area each month to audit. An ‘area’ may be a floor in the large buildings or a small department/house.

A Quality Inspection Report Form will be completed and you may be asked if you have any comments you would like to make about the cleaning service.

We always endeavour to provide a high standard of service to our customers and, therefore, we ask that you make every effort to comment on the service, in order for us to ascertain whether or not we are achieving our aims.

If at anytime you would like the cleaning services in your department to be monitored, please contact the Zoned Team Leader.

Did you receive the level of service you expected?

Was the work carried out in an efficient, effective and polite manner?

If, for any reason, you feel that our services did not meet your expectations, please complete a Feedback Form. Printed copies can be obtained from Campus Services on extension 2012. This will assist Cleaning Services in improving its future performance.
