ERA
The ERA licence allows off-air recording of most broadcasts on TV and radio (but does not include Open University programmes which may be recorded only under a separate licence from the OU). The programmes should be recorded for ‘educational purposes’ only and all recordings must be labelled with the date and title of each recording made under the licence.
