Can I email you my presentation in advance so that it is on the laptop ready at the start of my class?
As we have multiple computers in use, we are unable to receive presentations in advance. If a technical briefing is booked we will assist with loading presentations onto the computer at the start of the session.
How do I make sure my media clips work?
When you bring your PowerPoint file, make sure that any video clips or sound files are saved in the same folder on the disk.
Please note: If your media clips include sound then you will need to inform this in advance if you are using loan equipment, otherwise only the laptop speakers will be available.
Can you copy my VHS video clip into PowerPoint?
Unfortunately we have no video editing facilities, or facilities to convert from VHS to computer format or DVD
