The OHP isn't working. What should I do?
This is most likely due to a bulb having blown. On the front of the OHP is an orange sliding switch. Pull this across to switch to the other bulb. After your lecture, please inform AV or the local porter.
If this still doesn't work then it may be that both bulbs have blown and no-one has informed us. Contact the duty technician on extension 3036 and we will be able to fix the problem in a few minutes. Please do not move another OHP from a nearby classroom.
The OHP is working but I can't get an image on screen.
This is most likely due to the position of the folding arm. The arm should be at 60 degrees to the OHP. If it is at 90 degrees, lift the orange catch and lower the arm gently, release the catch and raise slowly until the catch locks at 60 degrees. Also check that the mirror is open.
