Equipment Bookings
- How do I book equipment?
We can only accept online bookings. We cannot accept bookings over the phone. If you wish to discuss what you may require then please contact us in advance.
- I can't see my room / the equipment I want on the booking form
If your room is not on the list the please select 'other' at the bottom of the drop down list and put the details in the 'Location Details' box.
If your required equipment is not listed then select 'Other AV Equipment' and fill in the details in the 'Other AV Requirements' box.
- I booked equipment and it hasn't arrived
When you book equipment you will receive email confirmation. Please check that this is correct and let us know if there are any errors.
If the equipment is not there when you arrive, please check the time you booked the equipment. We normally deliver just before the time requested to give us time to set the equipment up.
When we arrive we will wait with the equipment for ten minutes. If you do not arrive in that time we will remove it for security reasons. Please contact the duty technician on extension 3036 and arrange re-delivery.
