We have developed a novel enzyme-based technology for the glycosylation of chemical entities. Our enzymes can add sugars regio-selectively and stereo-selectively and have been shown to work against a wide range of substrates. The addition of sugars molecules can change the behaviour of chemical entities and can improve solubility and reduce toxicity.
