PC3 cells (prostate cancer cell line) were cultured in 1:1 Hams F12 media with 7% fetal calf serum : Matrigel. After 7 days spheroids had formed and were stained with DRAQ5 for nuclei (red) visualisation on Zeiss invert confocal microscope.
