While changing your initial password, you should also set answers to the self-service password reset facility which will enable you to reset your password should you forget it. Once you have set your password, you should be able to login to a Biology PC (if the login fails, it may be that Biology IT staff have not yet enabled your account. Contact the Biology IT office).

This is particularly useful for anyone who works off campus and so is unable visit the IT Support Office with ID to have their password reset. The questions may also be used by the IT Support Office staff to verify your identity over the phone. The answers you provide are kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
