You can register to book flights, UK hotels and rail travel on the

or alternatively contact NYS Travel to make a provisional booking, then submit an requisition on York E-Purchase to raise an order number which you can then phone through to NYS to confirm the booking.

If you are needing to book UK hotels please use the NYS e-booking site. This gives you access to all major UK hotel chains as well as many independent hotels. Requests for Purchasing to book hotels via the departmental credit card should only be made if you cannot find the hotel you require through the NYS site.
