Maternity Leave Guidance - Best Practice for Managers

Managers are recommended to organise a meeting between their employee and a member of the Biology HR team to discuss the maternity leave process. The  Maternity Leave Meeting Form will be  used as a basis for the meeting.

Maternity Leave Meeting Form

Risk Assessment - pre and post maternity leave (ML2)

Requesting maternity leave (ML1)

Returning to work after maternity leave (ML3)
