Blue World Institute of Marine Research and Conservation is currently running the internship program and
the Eco-volunteering program in the field of marine research. Both programs offer a unique opportunity to experience encounters with bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) in their natural surrounding.

New study spaces in the Hub

With part of the library now out of action, it’s important students understand where there are alternative study spaces available for them to use.

Recently the Ron Cooke Hub on Heslington East has come on line and now provides comfy seating areas, quiet rooms and PCs for use by students. This is a great space to study and is open 24/7.

The library has produced a study space map for students and will be putting posters up around campus to help students find alternative study spaces. Please help to promote the availability of these facilities, especially the new study spaces in the Hub.

A copy of the study space map and details of what these spaces have to offer , is available on the library web site along with information on the progress of the library refurbishment .
