Room bookings
There is a facility for booking rooms (complete the online form) within the ARRC building.

If you are not a member of the ARRC Collaboration charges will apply for room bookings. Please refer to the ARRC Room Price List (PDF 
, 22kb).

The Foyer Area outside of the Auditorium and Seminar Room can be booked for different events such as registration and the serving of food and refreshments. You can check its availability here. But if you are booking the foyer area together with the Seminar Room your booking will be conditional, and should the area be needed by the occupants of the Auditorium, they will be given priority as food and refreshments cannot be served in Auditorium.
