3.1.3 Evaluation
First of all, make a summary report to establish the complexity of the site by evaluating:
- How many separate excavation areas (i.e. sequences to be linked) are there?
- How many contexts?
- How many plans?
- How many sections?
- How many elevations/special drawings?
- Does the site contain building sequences, waterfront revetments, cemeteries, or mainly
open areas? (This is only an estimate, judged by depth and complexity of the
stratigraphy)
