north east amino acid racemization
Laboratory facilitiesWe use the same HPLC system (indeed originally the same column batches) as the laboratories at USF, NAU and INSTAAR. Our analytical program was kindly provided by Darrell Kaufman of NAU where Kirsty Penkman was first trained. We operate Agilent 1100 HPLC systems dedicated to the chiral separation of amino acids. These laboratory facilities are being regrouped in the BIOARCH facilities at York University in the fall of 2003. |
