Abstract submission

Please save your Abstract as a Word document named after you and e-mail it as an attachment to Allan Hall, no later than 23rd August 2009 (but we hope you will have registered long before then - we would like to have all registration forms back by 31st May, with payment - at the latest - by 23rd August). Please provide the following information:

* Title of presentation
* Name of author(s)
* Department address for each author
* Abstract of up to one page of A4 text in 11 point type, single-space, and with 2.5cm margins all round

Except for any keynote lectures, oral presentations will be 20 minutes, with a further 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Although slide and overhead projectors can be made available if requested, PowerPoint presentations are preferred (do not save in Office 2007 format *.pptx as this format is not yet supported).

Participants are invited to send abstracts for presentations, whether oral contributions or posters (posters should be 70×100 cm, NB portrait, not landscape format! fixing to poster boards will be by Velcro ONLY). A poster prize will be awarded to the best poster (open to everyone participating).
