Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency ring 3333 (internal line) or 01904 32 3333 and state the emergency. This line is capable of handling a number of calls simultaneously and will be answered immediately. Please do not use this line to report matters of a non urgent nature; these should be reported by calling 4444.
If for any reason you cannot get through on 3333, 9-999 will work from any internal phone and connect you immediately to the Emergency Services.
Panic alarms
These are fitted in areas considered to be vulnerable; by activating the alarm you will receive an immediate security response. Users should only use the panic alarm in the case of an emergency.
