Performance Review is intended to ensure that members of staff have a structured framework for reflecting on their work, their performance and their development in the context of departmental and corporate objectives.
The University is committed to providing all staff with an annual Performance Review meeting. The scheme operates on an annual basis from January to December and Heads of Department (or an appropriate nominee) are required to submit a Departmental Summary Report at the end of each cycle.
