The CiC Management Support Adviceline is a specialist service that provides expert support and advice for anyone with managerial or supervisory responsibilities. It can offer support with:

  • Dealing with employee issues
  • Dealing with difficult situations
  • Coping with pressure

Trained consultants are available to help you explore the complex challenges that you face and guide you towards practical strategies for managing them effectively.

Whether it's simply reassurance that you need that you have chosen the right course of action in a particular case, or if you feel that you simply do not have the experience to address an especially complicated or sensitive issue, the Management Support Adviceline is there to help.

Please note: the management support advice line is designed to complement the service you receive from Human Resources. CiC consultants do not advise on workplace policies and procedures. Instead, they provide a facilitative and supportive space within which managers can think creatively about the challenges they face and the best way forward.
