Rewards Extra is the University's staff benefits package. It includes pensions, annual leave and sick pay together with tax-efficient benefits and special offers.

Benefit selection
- Log in to the benefit selection website to view special offers and select your benefits
- You'll need a Computing Service username and password to log in.

Choosing your benefits
- Salary exchange or voluntary benefits are selected annually: the next renewal date is October 2011. New staff can make their choices soon after starting - see the benefit selection timescales
- Access to discounted goods and services are available at any time: log in to the benefit selection website to see the offers available.
Making changes
If you experience one of the 'lifestyle changes' defined in the Rewards Extra scheme rules you may opt in or out of salary exchange or voluntary benefits outside of the usual renewal period.
