| Course outline | Following discussions with Academic Coordinators, Heads of Department, Departmental Training Officers, and through performance review feedback three themes were identified to be included in the programme:

Each module lasts one day, except for Module 1 which is two days. Delegates are further supported through a series of coaching sessions which take place between modules. | Prerequisites | Before commencing the programme, a meeting should take place between you and your line manager in order to start identifying particular areas you wish to develop, consolidate or explore. These should be recorded on an individual learning plan, a template for which will be distributed to you before you start the programme. This must be returned to POD before the start of the first module. It is compulsory for all Leadership in Action delegates to attend all 8 modules of the programme. |
