Professional and Organisational Development (POD)

What are we about?

POD is about developing people, as individuals and within their environment. The aim is to equip people to carry out their day to day work and provide opportunities for their personal development.

Our vision

'To work in collaboration with all the University staff development providers, managers and staff to provide the environment, programmes, tools and processes that support and encourage the sustainable development of all staff, in line with the delivery of the University Plan [pdf] and departmental objectives, and which is recognised within the sector as a first class provision.'
