How to find us
We are based in Heslington Hall. Our offices are in the building previously used as a print unit - see the map below for details.
If you have a quick query, or need to deliver documents to HR Services, feel free to drop in. However please try to make an appointment between 9am and 5.30pm if you wish to see an HR Manager, or a member of POD, HR Systems or Rewards as otherwise they may not be available when you call.

Getting in
- From Derwent College
- Enter the Hall by the door under the covered way. The entrance to the HR office is then on your left.
- From the front of Heslington Hall
- Enter the Hall by the sidedoor on the right. The entrance to the HR office is then on your right.
Once you are inside, follow the corridor around to the main office. The door to office is open between 9.30am and 4.30pm. If you are arriving outside these times use the telephone in the corridor to gain access.
