Expertise in recruitment, well-being, pensions and rewards
Our Recruitment Adviser works closely with the heads of departments making appointments at professorial and senior management level to provide advice on advertising, selection methods and managing the recruitment campaign.

In addition to running the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice for new members of staff with less than three years experience, we also support all academic staff in other areas of practice, for example Peer Support for Teaching and Supervising Doctoral Research.
