Estates works management section

The Estates works management section carries overall responsibility for the operations of the Estate maintenance and engineering services

The section works closely with the Estates business section to ensure that the correct level of resources is available for the delivery of maintenance operations to fulfil the University’s statutory responsibilities.

Works mangement manages the technical aspects of Estate maintenance across M&E and Buildings. Utilising condition reviews and the developed Estate Strategy. The section contributes heavily to the development of the long term maintenance plan. The plan will be programmed on a risk based basis and evidenced and recorded as such.

Coordination of the delivery of maintenance and LTM programs is a key function of the section.
