Estates Services

Estates Services is responsible for the management and strategic development of the University of York Estate which totals over 250,000 sq. metres distributed amongst 201 buildings in Heslington and York city centre.

The purpose and aim of Estates Services is to provide a high quality physical environment and meet The University's objectives of teaching, learning and research, as well as contributing to the economy and society at large.
