What we do and the services we offer

The development section's primary function is to deliver projects of all sizes from conception to completion and we can take a project on at any stage.

The work we do falls in line with the University’s long and medium term growth plans, as well as the Estates strategic plan (long and short term maintenance projects).

Examples of small and medium sized works include small office refurbishments and external works (North and South campus car parks), and large scale works (new Langwith college and the new sports village on the new Heslington East campus).
