  • The work you require doing involves, alterations to the building fabric or the refurbishment of / to the building.
  • That the proposed works are not funded by Estates Services or considered part of the day to day management / maintenance of the space, i.e. general maintenance (repairs to fittings and fixtures, leaks, general decoration, etc…) or office moves.

If the work is part of the day to day management or maintenance of the space please go to the Estates Helpdesk and report it via Planon. Do NOT use this form for maintenance / management requests.

In this initial round of communication please give as much detail as possible as this will help Estates Development Services to;

  1. Determine most appropriate development services personnel to assist with progressing the work.
  2. Allocate and prioritise the work and resources accordingly.

When you submit this form the details you have given us will be sent by email to the administrator of development services, Estates Services. On receipt of the completed form, Estates development services will review the information provided and an initial response provided within 7 working days.

Should a response not be received within 7 working days please contact the Estates Development Administrator on ext.2426 who will investigate further.
