Registry Services is part of the Academic Registry, it can be found in the Student Administration Building in Market Square.

Staff in this building will be pleased to help and provide advice and guidance to all undergraduate, postgraduate and research students on a number of matters including:

  • University processes and procedures in relation to student administration
  • Questions about your electronic student record
  • Accessing and using your e:Vision account
  • Enrolment and re-enrolment in your programme of study
  • Requests for official academic transcripts
  • Obtaining other official documentation such as confirmation of study and Council Tax exemption certificates
  • Examinations
  • Implementation of special examination arrangements
  • Submission of PhD Theses
  • Graduation ceremony organisation
  • Documentation to support Tier 4 visa conditions
