The Information Directorate aims to provide world-class information services to University of York staff and students. These services include providing access to library materials, online resources, archives, IT systems and IT support.

Heidi Fraser-Krauss begins as Deputy Director of Information (IT Services) in January 2012
Liz Waller is Deputy Director of Information (Information Services)

Ian Hall is Executive Officer for the Information Strategy
Katie Burn is currently seconded into the role of Executive Officer, Library Refurbishment
