Our students are keen to learn more about the vacancies and career prospects offered by your organisation. Employers are welcome to hold evening and daytime events on campus throughout the academic year, but most take place in the Autumn Term ahead of closing dates for applicants.

We can take bookings from up to two employers per evening, but we will avoid booking companies from the same sector for the same evening.

If you would like the opportunity to promote your organisation to our students on a day that suits you, we offer exclusive space in our dedicated information resources room. This space can be used to talk to students on a drop-in, informal basis, and also to hold interviews if required.

The information resources room is the hub of Careers at York. It houses a suite of PCs and a resources collection, and serves as the base for careers appointments, student volunteering activities and our information desk. It is also promoted across campus as a study space, attracting a wide variety of students.

Recruitment fairs provide an excellent opportunity to network with hundreds of York students on one day. We strive to attract top graduate employers to share details of your organisation and the internship and graduate vacancies you have on offer.
Speaking with representatives from the world of work inspires our students and provides them with the insight and information they need to act on their aspirations. We want your organisation to be the one that fuels their imagination.
