Raising your profile on campus

If you wish to arrange a campus visit to make a presentation, you can do so through our Conference Office, who will arrange the event for you and can be contacted by email at conferences@york.ac.uk or telephone on 01904 328431. 

In order to reach the widest student audience you can advertise your event via our online listing.  Please email us the details of your booking, including the room number, date, times and some explanatory wording and we will be happy to add it to the listing.  There is no charge for this service and the details will be available to all students at the university.

If you wish to distribute posters or flyers to advertise your event, this can be arranged through the University of York Student Union and you can contact them at marketing@yusu.org.

Your link to student organisations

Our brokerage service enables you to link directly to student organisations, including clubs, societies, media and academic departments offering placements. Through this service you can target students with the skills and interests you are looking for and work collaboratively on projects of common interest.
