How to register

The easiest way to advertise your properties on our system is to register as an online user.

Prospective landlords (new to the system)

If you wish to advertise for the coming year, you should register as a new user 

Once registered as a new user, you can access the Online Landlord Property Management System  to set up an advert for your property.

You should also submit the relevant safety certificates for your property to Accommodation Services, Market Square, University of York, Heslington, York, YO10 5DD, Fax: 01904 324030.

If you do not have regular access to the internet and prefer not to use the online system, please contact us to request a paper based information pack, on 01904 322165.

Landlords already registered

Your online registration lasts for 12 months. You will be sent an email shortly before your current registration expires, inviting you to re-register for a further year.

Paper-based landlords

If you are one of our existing landlords who prefers not to use the online system, please complete and return the application form and checklist below for each property that you wish to advertise.
