Changes in the Code since 2012-13
- Requirement to carry out PAT testing on portable electrical appliances
- To advertise for 2013-14, a PAT safety certificate listing all appliances tested must be submitted to Accommodation Services. We provide a PAT certificate that you can use if you wish.
- Requirement to provide CO Detectors in the property by 1st October 2012.
