Call for Papers: Monuments in Conversation Westminster Abbey in the 18th Century

We are pleased to announce that "Monuments in Conversation: Westminster Abbey in the Eighteenth Century" will be the first event held in the newly renovated conference facilities at the Henry Moore Institute, Leeds.

Our Call for Papers is now open to submissions from applicants at any stage in their career with a broad scope of research interests in any aspect of British monumental sculpture and Westminster Abbey. We take a long view of the eighteenth century and are happy to consider meritable contributions of papers focussing on the surrounding centuries.

The conference will take place on Wednesday 17 July 2024, and the deadline to apply is Monday 15 April 2024, 17:00.
